Roommate Wanted



Looking for a roommate who is interested in starting a home business. The business will include crafting (sewing, sculpting, molding, etc.) custom fursuits, cosplays, beanies, and stuffed animals. Basic knowledge of sewing including machine and hand is prefered it is very easy to learn the rest. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a part-time job.

I am mainly looking for someone who is interested in participating in the activities listed above but it is not a requirement as long as you can pay for half the rent and other things needed.

I am looking for one person to enter the business. If more than one person inquires, I will choose based on ability.

Things you must be ok with:

Pets (no cats since I am allergic)
Animals that you must be ok living with: Guinea pigs, rats, and (most likely) a pygmy goat.
Homosexuality (I am bisexual. That doesn't mean I am going to hit on you, but if I bring home a girlfriend you must be ok with it.)
Loud noises at times when sewing. If I am up late working on a project it might be a bit loud. Though I will try my best to maintain quietness during late hours.
Me leaving for weekends (for conventions mainly)
Watching: Supernatural, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Anime etc.
Do not push your religion, please! (I am a relaxed Lutheran though I don't normally practice or say I am)  
Additional Information:

I have enough money to pay for half of a rent for two months. Within those two months I will attempt to get a job. The rest of the money will come from the crafting business.
I am looking for a maximum of two people to house with me (I do not mind couples living with me)
I don't have a place right now so we would need to communicate on where to live.
I live in California, but I am willing to move anywhere within California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Only if I feel safe.
Apartment prefered but only if they allow pets
Age limit: 18-25 please you can be a bit older but please be under 35 (I am 18 turning 19 this year)
